For bookkeepers & accounting firms · invite-only
Your clients’ receivables, handled. Your firm, paid for it.
JMJ runs professional, automated invoice follow-up for small businesses — and bookkeepers are how most of them find us. Manage your whole client roster from one console and earn a recurring revenue share, every month, on every client you bring.
Free console · recurring monthly revenue share · personal onboarding
You already do this job. You just don’t get paid for it.
Every bookkeeper knows the email: “can you chase this invoice?” The follow-up nobody bills properly for, the aging report that gets worse while everyone’s polite, the client whose cash-flow problem becomes your reconciliation problem. JMJ takes that work off your desk — a 9-stage, attorney-reviewed cadence sent from your client’s own domain, AI reading every reply, disputes paused automatically, everything logged. Your clients collect faster. Your month-end gets cleaner. And your firm earns on every account.
How it works
Three steps, one console
- 01
Get invited
Request an invite and we set up a short call. Every partner is onboarded personally — console, walkthrough, and the partner agreement, all in one sitting.
- 02
Add your clients
One console, your whole roster. Onboard clients yourself end to end, or send owners a one-click invite — either way, QuickBooks, invoice import and sending config are minutes, not meetings.
- 03
They get paid. So do you.
JMJ runs the professional follow-up cadence on every unpaid invoice, in your client’s name. Your firm earns a recurring revenue share on every client you bring, paid monthly.
What your firm gets
Built for the person who actually runs the books
-
One console for your whole book
Every client in one place — onboard, connect QuickBooks, import invoices, manage receivables. Full working access, every action attributed to your firm, owners always in control of their own account.
-
Recurring revenue share, paid monthly
Real recurring income on every referred client — a share of the revenue actually collected each month, with no caps and nothing to invoice us for. Terms shared at onboarding.
-
Free JMJ Office for shoebox clients
Your spreadsheet clients get free professional invoicing and e-sign quotes; you get clean monthly records with totals that tie out — instead of reconstructing their year from a camera roll.
-
Month-end that closes itself
Accountant-grade exports with control totals that reconcile by construction, QuickBooks Online sync that never deletes, and a full audit trail on every communication. Built by people who respect your close.
-
You stay the trusted advisor
The awkward follow-up emails stop being your job — the platform sends attorney-reviewed sequences in the client’s name, disputes pause automatically, and you stay the person who fixed their cash flow.
-
A human on the other end
Invite-only means personal: real onboarding, a direct line, and a roadmap your feedback actually shapes. You’re a partner, not a ticket number.
FAQ
Partner questions, answered
The program, the money, and the rules — straight.
What does the partner program cost?
Nothing. The partner console is free — no platform fee, no seat fee. Your clients subscribe to JMJ directly (and you earn on it), or your firm can bill clients itself under firm billing options we walk through at onboarding.
How does partner compensation work?
For every client you refer who pays JMJ directly, your firm earns a recurring share of the revenue actually collected from that client, paid monthly — no caps, no cliffs, no vesting schedules. The exact terms are shared at partner onboarding, and a W-9 is required before first payout.
What can I actually do for my clients in the console?
Onboard them, connect their QuickBooks, import their open invoices, configure their sending, and manage their receivables day to day — with every action logged under your name. Owners are always notified, hold their own seat, and approve their own billing and any collections decisions.
What about my clients who run on spreadsheets?
Put them on JMJ Office — the free invoicing and quoting side of the platform. They get professional invoices and e-sign quotes at no cost, and you get clean, accountant-ready records instead of a shoebox. When they’re ready for managed AR, the upgrade is one step.
I’m a CPA — can I accept referral compensation?
In most states, yes for non-attest clients with proper disclosure — AICPA and state board rules govern commission and referral-fee disclosure, and compliance is your firm’s responsibility. Many partners route the benefit to their client instead; both paths are supported.
Why is the program invite-only?
Because we onboard every partner personally. You get a working console, a live walkthrough with your first client, and a direct line to us — not a self-serve portal and a knowledge base. Request an invite and we’ll set up a call.
Invite-only, on purpose
Bring us your messiest AR client. We’ll show you live.
Request an invite and we’ll set up a short call — you’ll leave with a working console, your first client onboarded, and a new line on your revenue.
