Trials, switching plans, add-ons, and the one every operator asks first — no, we do not take a percentage of what you collect.

Do you take a percentage of what you recover?

No. We charge a flat monthly or annual subscription and nothing else. Every dollar we help you collect is yours. Several tools in this category take a percentage of recovered revenue — we do not, and we never will.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

The annual term begins and the card on file is charged for the year. We email you before that happens. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged at all.

Is there a free trial on the monthly plans?

No. Monthly plans bill on signup and you can cancel at any time. The 30-day free trial is on the annual plans only.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately with the remaining monthly balance credited. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.

Can I add failed payment recovery later?

Yes. If you are already on JMJ Billings, adding dunning is $71 per month, or $710 per year — the bundle price, applied to whatever is left of your current term.

Are there per-user or per-invoice fees?
