Do you take a percentage of what you recover?
No. We charge a flat monthly or annual subscription and nothing else. Every dollar we help you collect is yours. Several tools in this category take a percentage of recovered revenue — we do not, and we never will.
What’s in JMJ Build Free?
Quotes and invoices, with generous usage. Jobs, scheduling, estimates, budgets, purchase orders, change orders, payables and the year-end export are in the paid JMJ Build plan.
Does JMJ Billings include JMJ Build?
JMJ Billings includes JMJ Build Free — quotes and invoices. Full JMJ Build is a separate subscription. If you want both, they run on one account with one payer.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
The annual term begins and the card on file is charged for the year. We email you before that happens. Cancel any time during the trial and you are not charged at all.
Which plans have a free trial?
The annual plans of JMJ Build and JMJ Billings start with a 30-day free trial. Monthly plans bill on signup and you can cancel at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Switching from monthly to annual takes effect immediately with the remaining monthly balance credited. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
Can I add failed payment recovery later?
Yes. If you are already on JMJ Billings, adding dunning is $71 per month, or $710 per year — the bundle price, applied to whatever is left of your current term.
Are there per-user or per-invoice fees on JMJ Billings?
