What’s the difference between JMJ Office and JMJ Billings?

Do I need QuickBooks to use it?

No. Office keeps clean, accountant-ready records on its own, and the monthly export pack gives your bookkeeper everything they need. If you do use QuickBooks Online, Office Unlimited syncs invoices, customers and payments to it automatically.

How do my customers pay?

Every invoice carries the ways you get paid: a Stripe or Square payment link and QR code (Unlimited), your own payment link or P2P handles like PayPal.Me, Cash App or Venmo, and plain instructions for Zelle, ACH or check. Payments always go directly to your accounts — JMJ never holds your money.

Can my customers sign quotes electronically?

Yes. Customers open a secure link, review the quote and accept by typing their name. Office stamps the acceptance with the name, time and IP address, issues a receipt, and can create the invoice — including any deposit — automatically.

What happens when an invoice doesn’t get paid?
