Paid detection that doesn’t lie

When a payment clears, Office matches it to the exact invoice and amount and closes it. ACH is handled honestly: a submitted payment shows as processing and only closes when funds actually clear — a bounce never leaves a false “paid”.

Customers can flag an invoice as paid from the invoice link itself. Office holds it for your confirmation — nothing closes on someone’s say-so.

Zero custody, by design

JMJ Office is not a payment processor and never holds your funds. Payments run on your own Stripe or Square account, your own P2P handles, your own bank details. Office’s job is to put the right option in front of the customer and to reconcile the result — the money never routes through us.

That also means no held balances, no payout schedules, no percentage skimmed on top of your processor’s rate.

Reconciliation you don’t do

Every generated link is minted for one invoice and one amount, so when Stripe or Square reports the payment, Office knows exactly which invoice to close — and stamps how it was paid. Amount doesn’t match? Office holds it for review instead of guessing. Your books stay right without a Friday-night bank-statement session.

Does JMJ take a cut of my payments?

No. Payments settle directly to your own Stripe, Square, P2P or bank accounts at your processor’s normal rates. JMJ never holds or routes your money.

What payment methods can I put on an invoice?

Generated Stripe or Square links (with QR codes) on Office Unlimited, plus your own payment link, PayPal.Me, Cash App and Venmo handles, and instructions for Zelle, ACH or check on any tier. You control which methods show, globally or per invoice.

What happens if an ACH payment bounces?

Nothing false. A submitted ACH shows as “processing” and the invoice only closes when funds clear. If the payment fails, the invoice stays open and you’re alerted — loudly.

Do my customers need an account to pay?

No. They click the link or scan the QR code and pay. No logins, no apps, no portal registration standing between you and your money.
