Office keeps the records a small operation actually needs — who owes what, what got paid, what to tell the accountant — without a bookkeeping subscription on top. The monthly export pack gives your accountant clean CSVs with control totals that reconcile (opening AR + invoiced − collected − adjustments = closing AR, every month, provably), plus the PDFs as audit support.

If you later adopt QuickBooks Online, flip on the sync and Office starts writing your invoices and payments into it automatically. You choose when your books graduate — Office works either way.

Which QuickBooks does Office sync with?

QuickBooks Online, on Office Unlimited — invoices, customers and payments write back automatically, and a scheduled drift report flags any mismatch. Office never deletes records in your QuickBooks.

Can I get my data out?

Always. Every core table exports to CSV on any tier, and the monthly accountant pack bundles CSVs, control totals and invoice PDFs into one zip. Your data is yours.

What do I need to migrate in?

A CSV. Import open invoices, customers and your price list; re-import safely as many times as it takes. Most owners are moved in within an afternoon.

Do you integrate with Xero or other accounting tools?

Today the native sync is QuickBooks Online; other platforms are covered by the export pack, which is designed for clean monthly journal entries in any system your accountant uses.
