These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the JMJ Billings managed accounts receivable platform and website operated by JMJ Billing LLC. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

This section will describe the managed AR service — automated invoice follow-up sent from the customer’s own domain — and clarify that JMJ Billings is a managed AR service and not a debt collector.

Plans & billing

• JMJ Billings (managed accounts receivable): flat $179 per month, or $1,790 per year, for unlimited invoices.
• JMJ Dunning (subscription payment recovery): $79 per month, or $790 per year, as a standalone subscription — or $71 per month ($710 per year) added to an active JMJ Billings subscription.
• Monthly plans: no free trial — billing begins on signup; cancel anytime. Annual plans: 30-day free trial, after which the annual term begins.

Your responsibilities

This section will describe acceptable use, the accuracy of invoice data you provide, and your authority to send communications to your customers.

Collections handoff

This section will describe the optional handoff to a licensed collections partner and applicable terms.
